Insurance
All Licensees are required to provide a statement of primary insurance in the below-listed amounts, naming the City of Tacoma as an additional insured:
- Arena Events: $2,000,000 per occurrence $2,000,000 minimum annual aggregate
- Exhibition Hall Events: $1,000,000 per occurrence $1,000,000 minimum annual aggregate
- Parking Lot Minimum Limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence $1,000,000 minimum annual aggregate
Taxes and Licenses
Applicable state and city taxes assessed on ticket sales receipts are city admission tax, city business, and occupation tax and state business and occupation tax. State taxes will be applied to gross merchandise. Tacoma Municipal Code requires all persons or firms engaging in business activity in Tacoma to be registered with the City of Tacoma Department of Tax and License by filling out the online application or calling 253.591.5252.
Contract Services
TVE has contracted with the following service providers:
- Ticketing: Ticketmaster is the exclusive on-site provider of ticketing services for all Tacoma Dome events. Purchase tickets at www.ticketmaster.com.
- Guest Service: StaffPro is the exclusive on-site provider of security personnel, ticket takers and ushers for all Tacoma Dome events.
- Food Service: Aramark is the exclusive provider of food and beverage services for all Tacoma Dome events. Contact Aramark at 253.830.6670.
