Upon receipt of the application, PAF management will confirm availability of requested dates and determine feasibility of the event. Upon application approval, two copies of the event agreement will be mailed to the user. User is requested to sign and return both copies of agreement along with a non-refundable minimum deposit. An additional deposit may be required to cover estimated labor and equipment or other charges incurred during the event. A completed agreement will be returned for user's files. All user expenses are due at the time of settlement. Click here for a listing of User Fees.
