Accessibility Guide

The Tacoma Dome’s Guest Services department makes every effort to provide the best service to all our patrons, including our guests with disabilities or other special needs. We are committed to accommodating the needs of our guests so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the variety of entertainment showcased at Tacoma Dome events.

To help you prepare for your visit to the Tacoma Dome, we’ve provided general accessibility information below. If you have any questions, feel free to call or email us. Need assistance during your visit? Simply reach out to the nearest Guest Services representative, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

Accessible Parking

Parking lots E and K are designated for guests with disabilities and include van-accessible spaces. Spots in these lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and vehicles must display a valid placard, tabs, or license plates. All Tacoma Dome parking lots are wheelchair accessible. Parking fees vary by event and typically range from $10 to $30.

Accessible Seating & Ticketing

The Tacoma Dome offers a variety of accessible seating options throughout the arena to accommodate guests with limited mobility, as well as those with visual and hearing impairments. Accessible seating can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com by selecting the "Show Accessible Tickets" filter. For personalized assistance in selecting seating for your needs, please visit or contact the Heritage Bank Box Office at the Tacoma Dome.

Accessible Entrances

All Tacoma Dome entrances are accessible. However, the primary accessible entrance is located at the Lower NW Door. Please keep in mind that accessible entrance locations may vary depending on event setup and seating configurations. For event-specific entrance information, please visit the event information page.

Assistive Listening Devices

A limited number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are available at no charge for guests with hearing impairments. These can be checked out by contacting the nearest Guest Services representative.  Please note that ALDs may not be available for all events and are not recommended for use during concerts due to high volume levels. Guests will be required to leave a valid, government-issued photo ID as a deposit while using the device.

To request additional auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations, please contact us at info@tacomadome.org or 253.272.3663 as far in advance as possible.

ASL & Interpreting Services

To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask guests to submit accommodation requests at least 14 business days before their scheduled event. While we will do our best to accommodate requests made with shorter notice, we cannot guarantee availability of interpretation services in those cases. Please contact us at info@tacomadome.org or 253.272.3663 to submit your request, and we will respond within 3–4 business days or sooner if possible.

Service Animals

The Tacoma Dome welcomes trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For the safety and comfort of all guests, service animals must be on a leash or harness at all times, unless otherwise necessary.
