Legendary experiences start with exceptional service. Our Guest Services Kiosk Presented by Commencement Bank is staffed with Concierges who can assist you with questions, concerns, and providing accessibility assistance including KultureCity Sensory Bags, Sensory Room access, and seating accommodations when available. For most major events, the Kiosk is located on the concourse near Sections 110/211; for events such as trade or consumer shows, the Kiosk is usually located on the arena floor in the NW corner or in the Exhibition Hall lobby.

KultureCity Sensory Inclusive Venue

The Tacoma Dome is proud to partner with KultureCity to ensure an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests, in alignment with our mission to create welcoming spaces for everyone. The Tacoma Dome is a KultureCity Certified Sensory Inclusive Venue which means our staff has completed KultureCity Sensory Inclusion 101 so our venue can be more welcoming and accommodating to guests with sensory needs.

At the Tacoma Dome:

​​​​​KultureCity Sensory Bags are available to borrow from Guest Services. These kits include helpful items like fidget tools and noise-canceling headphones to make your visit more comfortable. Sensory bags may be checked out at the Guest Services Desk, located on the concourse near Sections 110/211 for major events. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required as a deposit.
