Free parking in Tacoma Dome lots is provided by the Northwest Women's Show.

Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events, including metal detectors, bag size restrictions (12"x6"x12"), and bag searches. Backpacks are not allowed. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. If you see something, say something™. Visit our Security page for more details. Please note: the Tacoma Dome clear bag policy is not in place for the Tacoma Home + Garden Show. However, guests are encouraged to only bring essential items to expedite entry and reduce touchpoints.

Guests will enter the building through the Exhibition Hall doors.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Heritage Bank Tacoma Dome Box Office or online. Additional convenience fees may apply to online orders. On-site ticket sales open at approximately 8 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. Ticket sales close one hour before the show ends.

For those with digital tickets, please be prepared to have it scanned for entry. Make sure to retrieve your tickets ahead of time and don’t forget to charge your phone. 

Children ages 12 years and younger are free with a paying adult.

The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility. Concessions accept card and mobile payments only. Cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATMs) are located inside the building, free of charge. Individual vendors may still accept cash if preferred.

Legendary experiences start with exceptional service. Visit our Guest Services Kiosk presented by Commencement Bank, located in the arena near the ExHall doors, if you need assistance or have questions.

We are noticing an influx of posts/comments on social media selling tickets that may be fraudulent. We encourage you to be careful when purchasing tickets from anywhere other than Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticket provider for all Tacoma Dome events, and the only authorized re-seller for tickets is Ticketmaster Verified Tickets. Tickets purchased from sources other than Ticketmaster may not be valid. The Tacoma Dome is unable to honor or replace invalid tickets.
