It's a Happy Holiday in October as you SEE, HEAR, & FEEL the coming of the holidays at the annual Tacoma Holiday Festival (previously the Tacoma Holiday Food & Gift Festival). It's a perfect way to get ready for the holidays and a great fun day! Learn more at the Tacoma Holiday Festival website.
Ticket Information
Kids age 13 and under are free. Tickets are available for purchase in person at the Heritage Bank Tacoma Dome Box Office or online. Additional convenience fees may apply to online orders. The Box Office opens approximately one hour prior to show start and closes one hour prior to show ending. If utilizing digital tickets, please have your phone charged and your tickets ready for scanning at entry.
Getting Here
Let us guide your way! Please follow our recommended routes. Limited parking in Dome lots is $15. Lots open 7:30am (Thursday) and 7:45am (Friday - Sunday). Visit our website for alternate parking & transportation options.
Cashless Facility
The Tacoma Dome is a cashless facility. Concessions accept card and mobile payments only. Cash-to-card kiosks (reverse ATMs) are located inside the building, free of charge. Individual vendors may still accept cash if preferred.
Guest Services
Legendary experiences start with exceptional service. Visit our Guest Services Kiosk presented by Commencement Bank, located in the arena near the ExHall doors, if you need assistance or have questions.
Security & Entry Doors
Doors open at 10am daily. Guests may utilize the Exhibition Hall entry doors.
Security measures are in place for all Tacoma Dome events, including metal detectors, bag size restrictions (12"x6"x12"), and bag searches. Backpacks are not allowed. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed. If you see something, say something™. Visit our Security page for more details. Please note: the Tacoma Dome clear bag policy is not in place for Holiday Food & Gift Festival. However, guests are encouraged to only bring essential items to expedite entry and reduce touchpoints.

Bring the little ones to the Santa Area. Your child can make their Christmas wishes known to our real bearded Santa and get a first class picture on the spot. You can find Santa in the Arena at the end of Main St. near the concessions.

Take a load off and grab a drink in The Garage* or snag something to eat from the show concessions. There is ample seating to rest your feet and recharge.
Holiday Festival Christmas Tree
Get in the spirit with this gorgeous massive living 25’ blue spruce. We keep it watered and alive and replant it in its forever home after the show. You’ll find it as you enter the arena. It’s a great backdrop for holiday pictures.
Cozy Storytime
The holiday book elf will have two daily readings for young audiences. Be sure to get there early to grab a spot and enjoy the story.
