The Tacoma Dome offers a wide variety of accessible seating, located in various sections throughout the arena, with options to accommodate limited mobility, visual & hearing impaired, and wheelchair accessible areas. Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
A limited number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests with hearing impairments. They may be checked out, free of charge, by contacting the nearest guest services representative. ALDs are not recommended for use during concerts due to the volume level. Guests will be required to leave either their driver's license or photo ID as a deposit while using the ALD.
Concession Stand Accessibility
Each of the concourse and floor level main concession stands offer an area with appropriate counter height to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.
Parking lots E and K are reserved for guests with disabilities and are van accessible. These lots are sold on a first come, first served basis. All Tacoma Dome lots are wheelchair accessible. For more information on parking, including a parking lot map, please visit our parking and directions page.
The Tacoma Dome has a public elevator located on the west end of the facility near section 2A/B. This elevator provides access to McKinley’s Grill Restaurant, the arena floor level, and the concourse.
The primary ADA accessible entrance is Lower A. The ADA accessible entrance does vary from time to time, based on event set up and seating configurations. Please call the Tacoma Dome at 253.272.3663 for event specific accessible entrance information.
All public Tacoma Dome restrooms have handicap accessible stalls for our guests with disabilities. In addition, a “family” restroom is located on the north side of the main concourse near section 15A. The family restroom is provided to accommodate guests with disabilities and their companion. This restroom also serves families with small children who need assistance.
Service Animals/Guide Dogs
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training will be allowed into The Tacoma Dome. All other animals are prohibited.
Sign Language Interpreters
By request, the Tacoma Dome will provide a sign language interpreter, subject to availability. Sign language interpreters should be requested by calling 253.272.3663 at least 3 weeks prior to an event.
Based on availability, wheelchairs are available at entry points to the building. Contact the nearest Guest Services Representative to request a wheelchair. Guests will be required to leave either their driver's license or major credit card or photo identification as a deposit.
